The freeze-thaw cycles that occur in winter will cause any water in the container to freeze and expand which may cause the container to crack. It is best to store the item in a dry place out of the elements.

While the high firing temperature & quality of our Glazed & Terra Cotta containers results in a durable & frost-resistant product, we still recommend that they be stored in a frost-free covered area in winter. If left outside, water may accumulate in the container & freeze, causing the planter to crack & break. Planters that must be left outside should be covered to prevent water, snow & ice from accumulating inside the planter.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
