Please Note: This fountain does not have rivets on the bowls, so it has a more sporadic flow (water falls wherever gravity pulls it). Some customers desire this type of flow, but if you are looking for more of an even, “rain-like” flow, we recommend going with the Pioggia Fountain or Gran Vista Fountain. Returns
The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
